Getting started

The basics on how Cleanure works, our hours, and what to expect on your first visit.

No appointment needed. Our self-service machines are available during business hours on a first-come, first-served basis — just walk in with your laundry.

Self-service laundry is available daily from 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Our wash/dry & fold counter is open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, at 411 Maxham Rd Suite 100, Austell, GA 30168.

You're welcome to bring your own, or grab detergent, dryer sheets, and other supplies from our on-site vending machines.

Absolutely. Our self-service machines are high-capacity and well suited to comforters, bedding, and other bulky items that don't fit in a standard home washer.
Pricing

Rates & minimums

Straightforward, per-pound pricing with no memberships or hidden fees.

Wash/dry & fold is $1.50 per pound, with a 12 pound minimum per order. Same-day service is $2.00 per pound.

Wash/dry & fold orders have a 12 pound minimum. Pickup & delivery orders have a $30 minimum, which works out to about 15 pounds.

Drop your laundry off in the morning and pick it up fresh and folded the same evening. Same-day is priced at $2.00 per pound and is available on wash/dry & fold orders.

No. Cleanure is pay-as-you-go, per pound, with no memberships, subscriptions, or long-term contracts required.

How our door-to-door service works across the West Metro.

We offer scheduled pickup & delivery to Austell, Powder Springs, Lithia Springs, and Mableton. Not sure if you're in range? Give us a call and we'll confirm your address.

Pickup & delivery is $1.75 per pound, with a $30 minimum order (about 15 lbs). Pricing includes the door-to-door service.

Just call us at (770) 575-0636 and we'll get you on the schedule with a pickup window that works for you.

Contactless drop-off is available — just let us know where to leave your bag, and we'll take it from there.
